2013 All Staff and Volunteer Meetings (Town Halls) Dates Announced – Mark Your Calendars

The Schedule for 2013 Town Hall Meetings (All Staff and Volunteer Meetings) has just been released. Mark your calendars with the following:

What are the dates?

  • Thursday, February 21, 10:30 am – 12 noon
  • Friday, April 26, 10:30 am – 12 noon
  • Tuesday, July 30, 2 – 3:30 pm
  • Wednesday, November 6, 2 – 3:30 pm

Why are these meetings important?

  • Town Hall meetings are a way of sharing information and learning more about our Strategic Plan, the AGO’s programs and financial updates.

Where are the Town Halls held?

  • All Town Halls are held in Baillie Court, which is on the third floor of the contemporary tower. (Remember our Volunteer Annual Gathering – it’s the same room). Use the elevators near The Grange for access.

 What can I expect at these meetings?

  • Celebrate accomplishments
  • Learn about upcoming programs and plans
  • Enjoy an opportunity to connect with your colleagues, staff and volunteer
  • Ask questions

Can everyone attend?

Sure! Although not mandatory, staff and volunteers are encouraged to attend these meetings, which have been scheduled for various weekdays and times to accommodate as many as possible.
