Effective July 1, Kenneth Brummel, Julie Crooks, Alexa Greist and Caroline Shields will each receive promotions. Their new titles are listed below:

• Kenneth Brummel, Associate Curator, Modern Art
• Julie Crooks, Associate Curator, Photography
• Alexa Greist, Associate Curator and R. Fraser Elliott Chair, Prints & Drawings
• Caroline Shields, Associate Curator and Head of European Art

Alexa and Caroline will report to Julian, while Kenneth and Julie will continue to report to Kitty Scott and Sophie Hackett, respectively.

A replacement position has been posted for an Assistant Curator, European Art, who will report to Caroline. Later this summer we will post for an Assistant Curator, European Art and Prints & Drawings.

Kenneth, Julie, Alexa and Caroline have each made tremendous contributions within their respective curatorial departments, and have played significant roles in presenting the AGO as a world-class institution. With their strong curatorial proficiencies and dedication to their areas of expertise, we look forward to the future projects they will bring forward within these new roles.
