Final Photo Days

As you know, we are working to update the AGO’s  visual identity. The next stage of our brand update will be our I.D. badges. In the coming weeks, all employees, volunteers, interns and contractors will receive new two-sided badges with updated colour-coded graphics, new art-based lanyards and a badge holder.

As we update our security procedures, we require all I.D. photos to be taken against a plain white backdrop. If you haven’t had your photo (re)taken yet, please attend one of the following photo days in Volunteer Room A (in the Volunteer Lounge):

  • Saturday, May 4 – 11 am to 2 pm
  • Sunday, May 5 – 11 am to 2 pm
  • Tuesday, May 7 – 3 pm to 6 pm

We’ve done really well with the volunteer community so far – if you haven’t had your photo retaken yet, please try and attend during one of the above listed times for a professional photo.  Following our final photo days, the AGO Security team will be providing us with a list of volunteers outstanding, and we will make arrangements to take your photo – but it won’t be with AGO photographers! So please try your best.
