Water Clarity Issues

Due to the ongoing City of Toronto Water Main Replacement Project (estimated completion spring 2019), the AGO is experiencing periodic/random water clarity issues. For the duration of the project, you may experience less than clear water from the taps, particularly early in the mornings.

AGO staff are working with the City of Toronto to address the issue.

Should you experience less than clear water, please run the water for a few minutes until it clears. If it does not clear, please contact the AGO Plant Operations Department immediately either directly at 416 979 6660 ext. 435 or by email to Plant Operations Support.
