Over the last few years, improvements have been made to Maxine Granovsky & Ira Gluskin Hall to enhance the visitor welcome experience. As part of these initiatives, starting on Tuesday, November 27 the Information Desk will no longer be in use.

Part of the reason for the change is that visitors often mistook the Info Desk for ticket sales, which led to lines forming and blocking the main doors during peak hours.

As of Tuesday visitors looking to pick-up tickets/passes will be encouraged to drop by the Welcome Desk (Membership Desk) for assistance.

Improvements to date include:

• The creation of a dedicated entry point on the west side and a separate exit on the east side to improve visitor traffic flow
• A centralized Welcome Desk for Ticket/Member Services
• The addition of Michael Snow’s Walking Women displayed prominently to welcome visitors as they enter/exit the Gallery
•  A streamlined system for Member entry that limits the steps to enter the gallery

As a reminder, we ask that staff meeting guests in GG Hall arrange a clear meeting time in advance.
