It’s summertime – so mark your calendars for the annual All-Staff & Volunteer Barbecues! Enjoy a yummy spread prepared by our Food & Beverage team, and spend some time catching up with your staff and volunteer colleagues:

• Wednesday, July 18: 11:30 am–1:30 pm
• Wednesday, August 22: 4–6 pm

Stop by the Jackman Hall pit area (McCaul street entrance) to enjoy a barbecued main course, salad and dessert. These gatherings are free for AGO staff and volunteers (sorry, not outside guests). Please remember to bring your volunteer badge.

Note: some volunteers ask why our BBQs are always held on Wednesdays – it’s the best day for our Food & Beverage team (who graciously handle all the cooking!) With hours extended on Wednesdays, they have enough staff to support all the work it takes to feed us all!
