The AGO has been nominated for a Webby Award for the Reblink exhibition!
This nomination is in the People’s category for Best Use of Augmented Reality – running against organizations like Snapchat and Ikea. From Toronto-based digital artist Alex Mayhew, ReBlink is an innovative experience that taps into the power of leading-edge technology to give visitors the chance to see works from the AGO’s Canadian and European Collections in a whole new way.
The Webbys is presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), a 2000+ judging body of Web experts, business figures, luminaries, visionaries and creative celebrities.
