Hello Everyone,

I have to confess it is only now occurring to me to write the weekly message. This morning I dropped Monique off to her first day of Grade 1 and I think I’ve been rather distracted. A couple of quick points.

• The news of Andrew’s departure has impacted a lot of us. We will be having a goodbye party, not sure what it looks like yet but my sense is that it should reflect his creative personality – open to ideas…

• Guillermo del Toro looks amazing! I’ve been poking my head in and the AGO has never seen anything remotely like this. See photo below.

• Wednesday night was a very interesting AIMIA | AGO Photography Prize lecture with the artists. Do take time to see the exhibition and VOTE.
