Hello Everyone,

• I visited the McCord Museum, Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and the Canadian Centre for Architecture in Montreal on Monday. Each museum approaches their work quite differently but with a lot of intention. One of the goals of my visit was to assess what they are doing well – we can always learn from other institutions.

• We have had three remarkable collaborations in the past couple of weeks: with the National Ballet of Canada; Massey Hall, CBC, and the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity; and the Institute for Canadian Citizenship. All went very well and I want to thank everyone who helped move these programs forward. I know there are a lot of details to sort out to get things right.

• Some very interesting data is being reviewed by Leadership Team regarding the different demographics we serve. We are using this information to better define our audience and focus our efforts in a clear and consistent way.

• I like the new red AGO signs out front!
