Volunteers from across several AGO departments received Ontario Volunteer Service Awards at a ceremony on June 17 at the ROM’s Isabel Bader Theatre.  Most of the AGO’s honourees were in attendance, as was AGO Volunteer President Debbie Kennedy.  Our recipients are:

Phat Le ( Youth Council)
Janna Walters ( Art Rental and Sales)
Gary Fitzgibbon (Library)
Sue Dime ( Daytime Gallery Guide)
Juan Pablo Suarez ( Evening/ Weekend Guide).
Joyce Lagunoff  ( Recruiting)
Maggie Kong (Info Guide)

Each year a nominating committee of the AGO Volunteer executive puts forward candidates that have provided exceptional service, such as participating in committees, taking leadership roles or bringing extra effort to their shifts.  Congratulations to our winners!
