Help Support a Community Charity

This year, the AGO has chosen to donate art supplies to SKETCH, a community organization that provides high -quality, creative training for street-involved, homeless and at-risk youth (ages 15-29) to engage in the arts. You might have heard about SKETCH through the many workshops and programs they’ve done with the AGO in the past.

Our Art supply drive is running December 2–18.

Interested staff and volunteers can drop off new, unwrapped art supplies, including: sketchbooks of all sizes, paint brushes, water colour papers, mylar, wood panels, light boxes, tracing paper, cutting mats, easels, block printing ink and supplies including lino, watercolour pencil crayons, pens, sharpies and paint pens, PrismaColour or blendable pencils, markers, stumps for blending, used aluminum frames, canvas, screen printing supplies including inks, squeegies and mesh.

Volunteers are invited to drop off your donations with a member of the committee, which includes:  Holly Procktor (Staff and Volunteer Resources).
