candied beet saladFood and Beverage Outlet Chef Benjamin Egan has created a new line of salads, using flavourful and wholesome ingredients, with the health-conscious visitor in mind.

Candied Pecan and Beet Salad with Blue Cheese 

  • Red beet, candied pecan, baby arugula, creamy blue cheese dressing (vegetarian)

Blackened Chicken and Baby Kale Caesar Salad

  • Blackened chicken breast, shredded baby kale, parmesan cheese, caesar salad dressing (gluten-free)

Southwest Bean Salad

  • Black beans, roasted corn, cilantro, red onion, romaine lettuce and sweet honey and chipolte dressing

Cobb Salad 

  • Carrot, hard-boiled egg, smoked turkey breast, american cheddar, fresh tomato, romaine lettuce, red wine vinegar dressing (gluten-free)

Roasted Vegetable Salad

  • Roasted cauliflower, grilled eggplant, steamed potato, parsley, chick peas, roasted garlic and jerez vinegar dressing (vegan, gluten-free)

Curried Potato Salad

  • Steamed potato, fresh peas, green pepper, hard-boiled egg, curried potato salad dressing, green onion and pepper (vegetarian, gluten-free)

Tuscan Pasta Salad

  • Tri-colour fusilli pasta, roasted red peppers, onion and garlic, fresh cucumber and feta cheese (vegetarian)

Tahini Vegan Coleslaw 

  • Shredded green and purple cabbage, tahini coleslaw dressing, golden raisins, apricots, toasted sunflower seeds
