The AGO’s second barbecue of the season will now be held on Wednesday, July 24, from 4:30 to 6:30 in the barbecue pit outside of Jackman Hall.
The parking area is undergoing resurfacing on July 10th – the original barbecue date – and as a result, the barbecue has been rescheduled to ensure staff and volunteers’ comfort and enjoyment.
Please mark your calendar with the new date. This barbecue’s theme will be inspired by the movie Jaws, so bone up on your trivia and feel free to get creative with accessories! As before, there will be an opportunity to win prizes. The menu will be the same as the last barbecue: beef, chicken, or meatless burgers, potato salad, coleslaw, and light desserts.
Barbeques are free for all staff and volunteers (sorry, we cannot accommodate outside guests). So just bring your appetite and your ID badge for access.
