Summer is officially from June to September, but our barbecue theme this year is “Forever Summer” (or Canucks in denial) – since most of us enjoy it all year round!

Come out and catch up with your fellow volunteers. Our first staff and volunteer barbecue of the season will be held:

• Friday, June 14
• 11:30am to 1:30pm
• The Pit, in front of Jackman Hall

And mark your calendars for two more this summer:

• Wednesday, July 10, 4:30 to 6:30pm
• Friday, August 23, 11:30 to 1:30pm

All barbecues will be held in the Pit in front of Jackman Hall, rain or shine. The menu includes beef burgers, chicken burgers, veggie burgers, potato salad, coleslaw, and light desserts. Barbecues are free for all staff and volunteers (sorry, we cannot accommodate outside guests). So just bring your appetite and your ID badge for access.
