Hello everyone,

I am writing from New York City where I spent part of the week with the Association of Art Museum Directors (AAMD) at the annual Director/Trustee Summit. In a turbulent time, these meetings provide perspective. We are all navigating uncertainties in the cultural sector.

We discussed topics such as resilience, strategic thinking, creative leadership, and effective communication of mission and values. I look forward to putting key takeaways into practice.
