Volunteer Day Passes – what you need to know

Volunteers and employees who forget to bring their photo ID to the AGO can visit the front desk in GG Hall and ask for a Protection Services Officer to issue a Day Pass.

Security will continue to issue badges, but Day Pass holders will no longer have to wait for a Protection Services Officer to return their pass at the end of the day. A new “Day Pass Return box” has been added outside the North door of the PSD offices (near the cafe) where day passes can now be returned, any time of day.

Security entrance – beside the cafe, on the same side of wall as the volunteer lounge door – just across from the lower level stairs up to retail (we hope this helps!)
