The Volunteer Annual Party is Friday, May 3, from 6.00 to 8.30 pm. We need your enthusiasm and creativity to make this Spring evening special for our fellow volunteers.  Our impressionism exhibition might provide this year’s inspiration!

The VEC is looking for volunteers who want to help on the night of at the registration table and welcoming guests.

We also need people to help assemble decorations, photo booth props, and posters in the weeks leading up to the event. We’ll hold an initial drop-in craft night in the volunteer meeting room:  Monday, April 8, 6.00-8.30 pm  (supplies  and snacks provided).
