Dear Volunteers,

Happy January! With the season of renewal comes the time to update and distribute some of our AGO policies. Although some policies may not affect you or your role directly, it’s important we share them, so you can understand how they may impact your day-to-day life at the Gallery.

All AGO policies are posted on D’artboard, our intranet site that is accessible on the computer terminals in the volunteer lounge. Look for the “About the AGO” subheading, which lists all policies by department.  As part of our ongoing commitment to working in a safe and healthy workplace, relevant Health, Safety & Wellness policies are also posted in hard-copy format on the AGO Health, Safety & Wellness Boards, one of which is located in the volunteer lounge. The policies listed below were reviewed last year and were recently approved by the AGO Board of Trustees. Please review when you have a moment:

• Workplace Discrimination, Harassment, Reprisal and Violence Prevention Policy; and
• Fitness for Duty Policy
