Hello Everyone,

• Don’t forget about our amazing Town Hall special guest next Tuesday at 10am, Dr. Johnnetta Cole. A reminder to please feel free to submit questions in advance to Leila Jamieson Dr. Cole will be speaking on the topic of diversity and inclusion in museums.

 

• PLEASE NOTE: Dr. Cole will also be available for a smaller session with a select number of staff and volunteers on Tuesday afternoon from 4 to 5pm in WFLC Seminar Room 3. If you are interested in attending (and have permission from your manager), please let Audrey Hudson know. There is room for up to 50 people (so a “first come/first serve” basis). Audrey will help facilitate the discussion.

 

• I’ve been in Dallas for the past couple of days with Norah Farrell and a small group of donors who support Public Programming & Learning activities at the AGO. We’ve been visiting private contemporary art collections as well as museums such as the Dallas Museum of Art the Kimbell Art Museum, which has a beautiful outdoor courtyard. Makes me miss Grange Park!
