Calling all writers, editors, and Wiki enthusiasts!

The Art Gallery of Ontario Library & Archives is hosting a Wikipedia editing session to continue the work of diversifying visual arts content and editorship on Wikipedia. January’s event will focus on building articles on artist-run centres in Canada.

Participants do not require any specialized knowledge of art history, and can contribute to the project in a variety of ways including researching, writing, copyediting, and supporting their peers. No Wikipedia editing experience is necessary – there will be tutorials and one-on-one coaching available.

Please bring a laptop if you can and create a Wikipedia account in advance.
