The AGO’s Summer Art Camp starts Tuesday, July 4 and runs to September 1.

During this time, campers will be entering the Gallery from the McCaul Street entrance between 8:00 and 9:15 am daily. As this area may be congested – 120 campers will attend each day! – staff and volunteers may wish to consider using the front entrance to enter the building.

We are also welcoming 130 high school volunteers to the volunteer program! Each student joins us for an intensive 70-hour placement (Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 4:15pm daily for a two-week session of camp). We could not run camp without this dedicated summer crew! Please help us make them feel welcome in the volunteer lounge. They are looking forward to joining our volunteer community!

Camp sessions will take place in the Weston Family Learning Centre, Grange Park and various gallery spaces. Please join us for our weekly Friday exhibitions to view camper work from 3:30 to 4:00 pm weekly.
