Did you know that food waste, pests and water can damage the priceless artwork in our Collection?
You can do your part to help keep the collection safe by:

• Keeping snacks in sealed containers
• Disposing of all food waste – coffee cups, muffin wrappers, pop cans, and lunch waste –in the food waste garbage in the volunteer lounge
• Washing used dishes in the Volunteer Lounge – please do not leave dirty dishes for others to clean!  If you purchase food in the café to enjoy in the lounge, please return your dishes/trays to the café. Café staff do not clean our lounge.
• Disposing of paper towels and other non-flushable items in washroom garbage cans, these items should not be flushed down toilets as they can cause a serious risk to the Collection due to flooding.
