A friendly reminder that the McCaul Street doors are intended for use by staff and volunteers only. When you enter, please have your I.D. badge visible at all times as Protection Services monitors the entrance via the Control Room to ensure the safety of staff, volunteers and the public. If you forget your badge, please use the Dundas Street entrance and they will provide you with a day pass.

If a member of the public asks for entry, please direct them to the main entrance on Dundas Street so they can check in at the information desk. You can simply say, “The staff inside the main doors would be happy to help you.”

In the event of an emergency, press and release the white intercom button to contact the Control Room, and a Protection Services officer will be happy to assist you.
