You’re invited to the Annual Staff and Volunteer Winter Party!

Celebrate the year ahead at the AGO’s annual Staff & Volunteer Winter Party on Tuesday, January 17, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. in Baillie Court.

This year’s theme is Après-Ski, so join us at the ‘AGO ski chalet’ in your favourite wintry outfit and you just might win a prize!

All staff and volunteers are invited to this free event (one ticket per person), but tickets are limited so get yours soon!

Tickets are available until Friday, January 13.

Tickets include entry, tapas-style food stations, dancing, a photo booth, costume contest and door prizes. There will also be a cash bar.

  • The menu that night includes pop up food stations: (poutine, chilli, fondue – all with veggie options), hot chocolate and winter desserts
  • Costumes are encouraged! (But you don’t need to dress up) If you have fun with dressing -up, please do! We are a creative environment with a lot of imaginative folks! The theme is après-ski:  think ski lodge, hats and mittens etc.
  • There is no cost for entry, but you do need to present a ticket (this helps us estimate how much food/drink our Food and Beverage staff need to prepare)
  • There will be a cash bar – drinks will be $5 and $6
  • This is a staff and volunteer only event (Sorry, no outside guests /no partners)

Two ways to get your tickets:

E-ticket: Visit https://agowinterparty2017.eventbrite.ca

  1. Enter the (Password: AGOWINTERPARTY) . Click Enter or click the arrow beside the password box.
  2. Click on the green register button at the top right of the page. It will bring to a check out screen and select one (1) ticket. Click Checkout at the bottom.
  3. It will then prompt you to create an account. Fill out your First Name, Last Name, enter in your email and create a password (8 characters). Click  RSVP and print your ticket.

Note: You will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with your printable ticket.

OR

Paper ticket: Available from the Group Ticket Desk (WFLC – weekend volunteers please use this option for paper tickets) and the following Event Committee members:

  • SVR: Vanessa Bano or Holly Procktor (volunteers)

To gain entry to the event you must show your staff or volunteer badge, along with a printed copy of your ticket (hard copy or e-ticket print-out).
