Hello Everyone,
- Mystical Landscapes – and the mix of other shows like Francis Alÿs, Small Wonders and Tributes + Tributaries – continued to draw in crowds during the busy holiday season. On Dec. 28th, more than 11,000 people visited the AGO! Thank you to all the staff and volunteers who helped make our visitors’ experiences pleasurable despite the long line-ups. Restaurant and shopAGO numbers have been incredible.
- Please be mindful of how we communicate with one another and remember that we’re all on the same team and working towards the same goals. Respect for others is a core principle for working together. To be direct, please do not text or email if you really should speak in person to someone to find a way forward.
- Mike Mahoney took me on a tour of the new South Entrance yesterday – it’s taking shape quickly, and it’s big! Here is a picture. It will be a great space for reading, hanging out, viewing art, and engaging in AGO programs and activities.
