Each week, Chopped Canada challenges four skilled chefs as they use ingredients from a mystery basket to prepare three gourmet meals before a rotating panel of expert judges. The judges featured on Felicia’s episode are Susur Lee, Antonio Park and Roger Mooking.
During this episode, “dill-icious” appetizers lead to entrée baskets that inspire the chefs to explore diverse influences and create savoury desserts. The judges then critique each meal course by course and chop chefs from the competition until one contestant remains, winning a $10,000 prize.
