What’s happening?
- Tickets are now available for the AGO’s Annual Staff and Volunteer Winter Party on Thursday January 21. This year’s theme is “Pop Art” (Pop Art costumes are encouraged (we are a creative bunch!) but not mandatory).
- Tickets are free – , so get yours from an event committee member today. Tickets will be available until January 19th.
- All staff and volunteers are invited to attend, but due to limited space, outside guests (i.e. partners and friends) cannot be accommodated. This is a staff and volunteer-only event.
Where and when will the party be held?
- The party will be held here at the AGO in Baillie Court on Thursday, January 21 and run from 5:00 to 9:30 pm.
What is included with tickets?
- Tickets include entry, tapas-style food stations and dancing, along with Pop Art-themed activities, a Pop Art costume contest and prizes!
- Tickets do not include alcoholic beverages – there will be a cash bar instead.
How can I get my ticket?
- Volunteers can get their tickets from Holly Procktor in Staff and Volunteer Resources. If you are an Evening and Weekend volunteer, please visit the Group Ticket Desk, in the Weston Family Learning Centre (right beside the stripey wall, near the lunch tables!) You can also have a Security Guard contact the PSD (Security) Manager on Duty, who will also have tickets for evening and weekend staff.
The party is a great way to get to know your staff and colleagues. We hope to see you there!
