Margaret Machell Study Grant Winners

Thank you to everyone who submitted an application for the Margaret Machell Study Grant.

The Margaret Machell Study Grant gives AGO volunteers an opportunity to build upon their skills and knowledge base in the areas of: excellence in collections; leadership in interpretation; extraordinary visitor welcome. This year, Committee Members Debbie Kennedy (Volunteer President), Barbara Engle (Chair, Prints and Drawings volunteers) and Chai Lam (Volunteer Recruiter) selected two successful candidates, who will split the $500 honorarium.

Our successful applicants were:  Gabriella (Gaby) Goutam, an Evening/Weekend Information Guide, and Cara-Lynn Nisenbaum, a Prints and Drawings volunteer. You’ll hear more about their projects, in upcoming stories on the AGO volunteer blog. Stay tuned!

The Margaret Machell Study Grant is awarded annually. Find out more, here.
