You are invited to a special Town Hall next on Thursday, July 30th, from 2 to 3 pm in Baillie Court.
Meet representatives from Phillips Oppenheim, the international executive search firm that has been hired to help us find the AGO’s next Director and CEO.
One of their first tasks is to build a candidate profile. As part of this process, they want staff and volunteers to identify key attributes that we’d like to see in our next leader.
Who Will Fill Matthew’s Shoes?
They will be asking questions such as:
- What is the #1 desirable attribute that you wish for the new Director and CEO to possess that specifically relates to your area of gallery business?
- What are the top 3 qualities you wish for the new Director to exemplify?
- What do you see as the institutional challenges facing the next Director, short and/or long-term?
This meeting will be led by Sarah James and Becky Klein from Phillips Oppenheim. We’d love if some volunteers could join us! Or course we know your schedules are busy. If you are unable to attend, there will be other ways to provide feedback – we’ll be sure to keep you informed. Stay tuned!
