Summer’s Here! Save the Date for AGO staff and volunteer BBQs!

BBQMark your calendars for this year’s all staff and volunteer summer BBQs:

Friday July 24, 11:30am – 1:30pm

Wednesday August 19, 4:30pm – 6:30pm 

Summer BBQs are held in “the Pit” (for those of you unfamiliar, “the Pit” is the area just behind the Henry Moore sculpture, right beside the McCaul Street/Jackman Hall entrance). Come rain or come shine! These celebratory BBQs are free for all staff and volunteers, no RSVP necessary. Please remember to wear your volunteer badge. We regret no outside guests can be accommodated. This is an exclusive staff and volunteer perk!

This year we are “going Greek” with a New Menu:

Grilled souvlaki, which includes:

  • pita break
  • pork, chicken or grilled veggie
  • toppings:  tzatziki, tahini, sliced red onion, shredded lettuce, crumbled feta
  • cucumber dill salad
  • crudite and dip
  • ice cream cones
  • watermelon!

(Our mouths are watering already!)

*please note:  in an earlier posting, we shared another date for our July BBQ( Friday July 17)- this date was not confirmed and has been changed. Friday July 24 is the correct July date. Cheers!
