Several volunteers have inquired about donating to the Gallery in memory of Ann. This is a lovely gesture, and one that is supported by Ann’s family.

In Memory of Ann Wilcox

Ann Wilcox was a passionate patron of the arts and volunteered as a Gallery Guide at the AGO since 2002, starting in school programs and then moving to the adult daytime group. Ann also served as the co-chair of the school program Gallery Guides, member of the steering committee of Gallery Guides, member of the Volunteer Endowment Trust Committee, and Secretary of the Volunteer Executive. From 2005 to 2011 she was a director of the National Docent Symposium Committee and acted as co-chair for the 2009 Symposium. In 2014, she and Debbie Kennedy were elected as co-Presidents of the Volunteer Executive.

Ann’s boundless energy and enthusiasm will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.
