Facility Services will be doing some scheduled maintenance on the front of the building, beginning today, Monday, June 16 and continuing into July.

The area underneath the east end of the Dundas Street façade will be blocked off starting Monday morning, so that the glued laminated wood beams can be recoated as part of scheduled maintenance. Work will begin just east of the ramp to the upper sidewalk deck.  Most of the work will take place at the east end but will eventually continue along the top of the main glass sections of Galleria Italia for its entire length.

The southeast corner will be fenced, and the equipment and work will be within the enclosure. The sidewalk and entrance will not be affected, however occasionally the ramp will not be accessible and those who require ramp access will be directed to the west end of the stairs to access the upper sidewalk deck and the main doors.
