Dear Volunteers,

Due to unexpected construction beginning this week –  and for a month following near Jackman Hall Pit –  this Friday’s BBQ (Friday, June 20) has unfortunately been postponed.

The BBQs will now be held in July, August, and September:

• Wednesday July 30, 4:30pm – 6:30pm
• Friday August 22, 11:30am – 1:30pm
• Tuesday September 2, 11:30am – 1:30pm

As always, we will have delicious food, engaging activities, and some great prizes, too!
