Yes, there it is: the AGO Volunteer Strategic Plan (VSP) poster that gives you the quick-read overview of our new VSP. This is an important document for us all, because it provides the framework for our staff/volunteer partnership as we support the AGO Strategic Plan through 2015.

We have just posted Your Guide to the AGO Strategic Plan – a short document that provides Quick Facts about VSP history and purpose, and a goal-by-goal summary of our strategies and broad timelines as we implement the Plan.

We will also, at appropriate moments, publish new posts to keep you current with progress under the Plan, and will display those posts on the Volunteer Lounge bulletin board as well.
